We want you to love your Sawna order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Return shipping

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
