Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Sawna hat. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with a return requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Email contact@getsawna.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost.
