Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Sawna hat. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to start a return

Email us at taubeaidan@gmail.com or use our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Want a different color? Start a return for your original item and place a new order for the color you'd like.
