Refund policy

Returns & Refunds: We want you to love your Sawna hat. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with a return requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to start a return: Email contact@getsawna.com with your order number and reason, and we'll send return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost.
